  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped from our business partner's facility or are on the road for local delivery.
  • Our company is not liable for incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses.
  • Perishable items cannot be returned for health reasons.
  • Our company will not be liable for deliveries accepted by hotels, hospitals and universities whose personnel do not remit gifts in a prompt manner.
  • Please ensure the recipient will be available to receive their gift during warm summer months. If your gift recipient is not available at the time of delivery and damage occurs as a result of melting, our company will not be held responsible.
  • Our company is not liable for incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses.
  • We offer gift deliveries to hospitals, hotels and universities. Please note many of these establishments have a central Receiving Department where packages are delivered by our carrier, and then remitted by these establishments' personnel to patients or guests. Hotels and hospitals do not always permit direct deliveries to the guest's or patient's room.
  • For hotel, hospital, and university deliveries, we will not be held liable for parcels which have reached their destination, and for which the Receiving Department has not remitted to the patient or guest or student their gifts in a prompt manner, or for gifts that arrive after a patient or guest has checked out. Our responsibility ends once the parcel arrives at the initial destination.
  • Claims for misplaced or lost gifts by personnel at hospitals, hotels or universities or failure on their part to deliver gifts promptly will NOT be honored.
  • Our business partner has selected the most reliable shipping services for on time delivery of your gift. However, we do not provide any guarantees and will not be held liable for any failure on the part of these companies to provide on time service due to severe weather conditions or unforeseen disasters. Refunds are not available if the delays are beyond our control.
Substitution Policy
  • It is important to us that product fulfillment is completed on time with the highest quality and care. For this reason, we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value . We do ensure that the overall design, quality and value of the gift is not compromised.
Refund Policy
  • If there is any refused gift and/or unavailability of gift recipient for receiving gift, and/or unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address , and the gift needs to be returned to our company's business partner, handling fee of 30% of the total order cost PLUS additional return shipping fees will be charged. Remaining balance of the order will be refunded to Sender.
  • Refunds are not available if the delays are beyond our company's control and due to severe weather conditions or unforeseen disasters.

  • We respect the privacy of our customers. Your personal information including your name, address, payment details will remain confidential and will not be shared with anyone for any reason.
  • Secure Data Transfer & Storage - We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect your data online.
  • Our online payment service providers are Paypal and PayDollar. Paypal has upgraded the SSL certificate in using the SHA-256 algorithm and VeriSign’s 2048-bit G5 Root Certificate. PayDollar is using 256-bit Extended Validation Certificates (EV) SSL transaction encryption. Those security measures can enhance the security protection for both customers and merchant.
Limitations On Use
  • You may browse this site, use its applications all for personal use only. You may not remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from materials you download. Nor may you distribute, modify, transmit, reuse any material from our website for public or commercial use. Any use contrary to these limitations is a violation of the intellectual property rights of Delight Basket. Unless otherwise indicated, all material on this website is copyrighted and is a serious offence punishable by civil and criminal penalties.
Typographical Errors
  • In the event a product is listed with an incorrect price due to a typographical error, Delight Basket has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for gifts listed at the incorrect price. We have the right to refuse or cancel orders which have been confirmed and charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled, we will reimburse your credit card promptly.
  • The trademarks and logos displayed on our website are the trademarks of Delight Basket. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. You do not have any license or permission to use any Trademark or image displayed on our website without written permission by Delight Basket.
Limitation Of Liability
  • Delight Basket will not be liable for any damages or injury including any direct or indirect, incidental or punitive damages or losses that may result or arise from the use of the website or any materials on this website including but not limited to the failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect or computer virus, or the deletion or failure to restore unavailability of information, products or services.
