Delivery
  • Delivery will be effected 5 working days (non remote areas only) after order confirmed and payment received. For remote areas, please allow 1-2 additional business days for delivery.
  • Certain fees may apply to highly remote and extended rural destinations.
  • Delivery is available from Monday to Friday during regular business hours. If delivery in Saturday is desired, Express Saturday Delivery service is available in most major cities and based on the destination zip code. This service is not available in remote or extended destinations.
  • Saturday Express Delivery Service is available with additional cost of HKD 300.00 per gift basket.
  • When placing order, please provide complete and accurate gift recipient's name, delivery address and enclosure messages including the gift recipient's telephone number. Changes to orders that have been processed may delay delivery. The cost to reroute your gift by our carrier (if necessary) due to an incorrect postal code, incorrect apartment number or error in street name is HKD200.00 per gift parcel (plus applicable sales tax). This fee will be charged to the credit card used to make the purchase.
  • Our company makes every attempt to accommodate requests for specific delivery dates. However, this may not be possible during peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Mid-Autumn Festival. For those holiday gift orders, please allow additional 1 week's time for processing due to high volumes.
  • Unforeseen weather conditions may delay deliveries. Kindly take this into account when indicating your requested delivery date.
  • When temperatures are extremely high and may affect the heat-sensitive contents (e.g. perishable goods, such as chocolate and fresh fruit baskets). In this condition, delivery may be delayed. For health reasons, perishable items cannot be returned.
  • Please ensure the recipient will be available to receive their gift during warm summer months. If your gift recipient is not available at the time of delivery, and damage occurs as a result of melting, our company will not be held responsible.
  • If the recipient is not available to receive the delivery, our carriers will leave a call tag advising that an attempt was made. The driver may also release the gift in a safe drop area if he deems the area safe such as a backyard or doorway if accessible.
  • If the area is not deemed safe, then the carrier will make two more delivery attempts. If unsuccessful at this point, the gift parcel will be returned to our company's business partner. Additional return shipping fees will apply. Relevant handling fee of 30% of total order cost will also be charged. Remaining balance will be refunded to Sender.
  • Please note door delivery may be not available in highly remote communities. A call tag issued by the carrier will advise the recipient the location of pickup and business hours. Please allow 1-2 additional business days for delivery when shipping to remote areas.
  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery information may result in delivery delays or return of parcels.
  • Our carrier's cost to reroute your gift (if necessary) due to an incorrect postal code, incorrect apartment number or error in street name is HKD200.00 per gift parcel (plus applicable sales tax). This fee will be charged to the credit card used to make the purchase.
  • In case of refused gift, the related gift basket will be returned to our company's business partner. Additional return shipping fees will apply. Relevant handling fee of 30% of total order cost will also be charged. Remaining balance will be refunded to Sender.
  • Our business partner has selected the most reliable shipping services for on time delivery of your gift. However, our company does not provide any guarantees and will not be held liable for any failure on the part of these companies to provide on time service due to severe weather conditions or unforeseen disasters. Refunds are not available if the delays are beyond our control.
  • For hotel deliveries, the name under which the reservation made is required. Front desks do not accept gift parcels for which they do not have a reservation.
  • For hospital deliveries, please ensure the patient's full name is provided (maiden name, if applicable) and room number.
  • For university deliveries, please ensure the student's full name is provided (maiden name, if applicable) and the relevant faculty information.
